2010 Rope Pull   Senior class pulling together at the rope pull.
The sense of family is predominant on Rio Lindo’s campus. When students and teachers share the same living, working, and playing space, a close bond results. Rio students learn to assist each other in a variety of ways—everything from dorm life to academics.

If a student is looking for a friendly, welcoming high school, Rio has a reputation for having an accepting student body. The social activities that are planned for and by the students, along with worships, spiritual activities, athletic teams, music groups, and classroom activities, each play a significant roll in creating a close, caring environment.

The international students add a unique dimension to the rich quality of life that Rio Lindo Academy has to offer, and Rio considers the diversity of its student body one of its greatest strengths. Frequently, more than 10 countries are represented in our student population.

In addition, the culturally diverse U.S. student body makes Rio a small haven of multicultural friendships. Students from the surrounding areas have the opportunity to interact with peers from throughout the state, the country and the world. This unique high school experience prepares students for the larger global community.
