Rio Lindo Adventist Academy understands that high school students often experience times in their lives when they need a little extra support.  Therefore, a three-quarter time professional counselor is part of the Rio support team. 

Whether a student just needs a listening ear, some help with time management, or guidance for previous life challenges, the counselor maintains a professional and safe relationship with the student, thus guiding him or her through the rough spots.
