Faculty Highlight – Dennis Richards

This week for Faculty Facts Friday we are highlighting Dennis Richards, Science Teacher. While teaching physics, math and physical science, Mr. Richards enjoys spending time researching techniques to make his teaching more efficient and fun for the students. Mr. Richards utilizes technology to track and calculate data in nearly all of his class experiments. Here are some interesting facts about Dennis Richards:

Q: What would be the most amazing adventure to go on?

A: Archaeology trip to South America

Q: What job would you be terrible at?

A: Home decorating

Q: What hobby would you get into if time and money weren’t an issue?

A: Whip cracking and whip collecting

Q: What’s your favorite genre of book or movie?

A: Science Fiction. I also like to read science journals and theological articles.

Q: What was your first job?

A: When I got out of high school, I was a pest control worker for a while.
