Faculty Highlight – Jill Richards

This week for Faculty Facts Friday we are highlighting Jill Richards, ESL Coordinator. Mrs. Richards introduces students to new vocabulary, conversation, language and US traditions throughout her classes. When not teaching, she will be in the library, creating an academic environment for all students. Read below to learn some interesting facts about Jill Richards:

 

Q: What’s your favorite genre of book or movie?

A: Historical novels

 

Q: What job would you be terrible at?

A: Being an Accountant

 

Q: If you had a warning label, what would yours say?

A: Warning: I stop for Krispy Kreme.

 

Q: If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?

A: A day in Paris – eating, sightseeing and shopping.

 

Q: Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your 18-year-old self?

A: Don’t take yourself and others so seriously. It is OK to make mistakes.
