This week for Faculty Facts Friday we are highlighting Taylor Pittenger, Assistant Girls Dean and Religion Teacher. As a recent graduate from Pacific Union College with a degree in Religion, Taylor has put it to good use teaching Bible at Rio. Her creativity and positivity shows in the splashes of color and flare throughout her office and the dorm. Here are 5 quick facts about Taylor Pittenger:
Q: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: CURRY. I get extra happy when they make it at the cafe!
Q: If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time?
A: Do a bunch of crafts like ceramics, painting and sculpting. Then start a side business on Etsy.
Q: If you had a warning label, what would yours say?
A: Will use words such as “thing-a-ma-bober,” and/or “Whats-a-whos-it,” to describe everything.
Q: What are some small things that make your day better?
A: Green tea and good conversations.
Q: Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your 18-year-old self?
A: Worry less. God already knows where He’s taking you.
Today is the beginning of Parent Weekend! We cannot wait to see everyone and wish one and all a Happy Thanksgiving Break!
